At Nordburn, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns initiated for personal reasons (not due to product defect or fulfillment error) will require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.

Refund policy
1. Return Window
We want you to love Nordburn, so we offer a 30-day return period from the day your order arrives. Please note: opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned. This ensures the safety, quality, and effectiveness of our products for all customers.
2. Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All labels and seals must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Shipping
- A return shipping label will be provided only for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by Nordburn.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return procedure
We care about your satisfaction and product quality. If you’d like to return your order, please email info@nordburn.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
Ship your return using a trackable service, and email the tracking number to us once the package has been sent. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Once your package reaches our fulfillment center, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
